Just issues with the commercial building I rent out. The tenant is on the brink of closing up shop and finding a new one isn't going to be fast plus the place needs urgent repairs and we have no cash and no vehicle that's in good enough condition to take us there and back. I know in the end it'll sort itself out in one way or another and all I can do is my best with the resources I have, but it's still profoundly frustrating that things can't seem to stay stable ever, much less get better.
