It's not just women who have all the tricks like makeup and plastic surgery.
For men there is a procedure called "facial harmonization" that genuinely gives model-like features to almost any abomination and women will absolutely fall for it.
It's not even expensive and risks are minimal. You have to maintain it every year and it looks odd on really older men, but anyway...

Question is if you wanna partake of that kind of world. I would probably do it myself just insofar as gaining social advantages, not really for women.
