The 3D world you see is no longer the one of positive alignment, the "good" of the good/evil duality does not exist on the physical earth. The 3D manifestation relies now entirely on the (+)3D, evil layer, which can manifest but is ghostly in nature.
As the process continues, the -2D will also dissolve, followed by -1D. By that time "absolute horror" may be what some will experience, before the cleansing is finished.
Once at neutral 0D-0D, the process for creating a new earth will begin.
