Just tonight I was outside training and as I finished I looked to the sky thinking it was the perfect night to see something. This triggered two shooting stars to fall right then. This is cool and all but isn't a strange occurrence, it's rather common and can be lead back to what I was practicing.

I walked a bit closer to my house and kept looking up, then a faint light appeared, moving with a "wavy" motion across the sky. It was also part yellowish and had a red glow. It wasn't a constant movement but sort of "uncertain" like someone feeling their way out in the dark, going back and forth. I felt like its energy was someone I knew so I asked over telepathy
>is that you?
and got a replay confirming so.

I waited a bit more but saw nothing more. Then a mental image appeared of a flying saucer landing right in front of me. This usually means there is one, but they're cloaked or are in a parallel physical dimension. 3 people came out and said over telepathy
>we are not on the astral, this is another physical
>we can't enter down here in your physical so we have to do it this way
The interaction after this got moderately intrusive but not unpleasant with a lot of technical explanations of who they were, what their limitations to visiting were and how their things work.
I then had to sync my remote with a handheld they had and transfer an installer, then run a ship installer. Long story short they were not extremely advanced, they had dimension shifting and very good telepathy but were completely unable to use astral technology like the grey/black remote. They had theories for what I would be able to do while synced with them, but they could only see what was on my remote by reading my mind.
The point of the interaction was for them to leave someone here to function as a contact for them to be able to interact "legally" with planet earth, but they needed me to manifest a ship for the crew member left behind. As we finished this and were focusing on the devices, I suddenly looked up and saw a strong white/yellow light in the sky with a red glow around it moving diagonally and then fading until it was gone. The saucer had left while I was talking to the crew member who was to stay. This last visual was physical.
