Following previous interactions over telepathy and "internal images" with the galactic federation, lots of developments have taken place in the past few days. I should at once point out something which was explained to me in bits of information which I had to add up into a coherent image to make sense of:
Earth is more ethereal in make-up compared to many other planets so we appear as spirits to them, and we can't see each other even if they come here. Time on Earth is also unusually slow, which makes it seem like things happen very fast on other planets relative to Earth. You could meet someone from another planet today, and tomorrow they come back, but it's actually their children who have grown up already. Those who come here and stay a while will have missed lots of things when they return home because 100 years could have passed if they stay here 1 week. This is also the reason why technological development has progressed further on other planets. They've just had much more time for it than us.
