It felt really weird to have reports of flying saucers marking cattle with magnesium powder and then later sucking them dry of blood, cutting out the left eye, a bit of the tongue, the sex organs and the udder. Who does this? Are the aliens insane? Is it an occult ritual?

It does feel ritualistic and considering the "skinwalkers" who came by here last year, I started thinking maybe having high tech from our view doesn't mean being "civilized" in the manner we understand the word. One might add that humans, when looked at from outside aren't very civilized at all, solving problems with violence and indoctrination all the time while killing their own living environment.
