Anyone that was send to any place on the astral was sent for a reason. If that reason is massive sin, you're not going to want to get them out. The way to do it is to buy them out, and that's not something you want to do unless you can affort it. Only emotional affection will not help you get rid of the debt you took on if you bought someone out for no reason.
If you have a plan and the person has potential, then it can be something beneficial to you as well. I've bought out a few souls that were cheap because I needed them, but in many cases they're just happy to get rid of them in hell.
My situation is a bit different because one of my past life astral forms is Nut (not the Nut, it's a form), the Egyptian deity of the underworld. They'll accept it if I ask to transfer them to my own underworld. Then I can work with them there.

The main point is getting rid of the vaxx system installment. A reptilian on the astral can do this for you if they see a reason. Anyone who had vaccinations as a kid has some version of this control system. This makes them easier to control, and many were lost the moment they got it. The difference this time is that they seem to be installing some serious shit.
