There are none. It's impossible to establish one. Even what you can consider strong or weak loses all meanings. Most of my spellforms went defunct after I cleaned and evolved my energies.

Not to mention I tried out your cold water karma technique on myself and it gave me the symptoms of cold so I had to boost up my own energetic output to counter it. I burned open a bunch of pathways then a dragon appeared and explained how to turn every energetic pathway of mine into a "fire breathing chinese dragon". Weird concept but the point is to not destroy your own body with your own energies


Only well established traditions/cults can make an "agreed upon benchmark system". Otherwise it's DBZ and there is no bestest and strongest spell magic or technique.

Only thing you can do is making a "power level meter" for yourself but that will be subjective and it will only give information to yourself. So if someone is far stronger or way too different from you it won't give you useful information.
