I will list the ones I would start with and you can look them up, I don't know the names of all so this is in general. Also for each of them you should do mula banda/uddijana banda/jalandara banda as you breath. That means pelvic floor contraction, pulling in your abs and releasing only at the moment you start breathing out, as well as restricting/controlling breathing by contracting your throat (pressing chin towards your chest or contracting muscles).

dead man's pose, 10 min with bandas
beetle, on back, grab feet with legs bent
on back, one foot on the other thigh, grab around lower leg
on back, feet straight up, hold while breathing and doing bandas
on back raising back/butt from the floor with hands behind neck
sphinx pose
cobra pose
cat and cow
the puppy
forward facing dog
same but one leg stretch out backward
bridge pose, standing like the girl in the exorcist

Then sit in lotus position of your choice and do the bandas, then A-U-M chants in rounds of 7 (do 7 or 14 or 21).
