We won't see it until the time within our own timeline officially runs out, which according to Yuuka will take place in 2025. That's when the full effect of the CERN mishap in 2008 will show, as all timelines come crashing down on each other. But the lyran involvement will lessen the impact of it, so the initial description of large buildings overlapping and crashing into each other may not happen.

Most of these things aren't there unless you are looking at them. I was shown how my surrounding area is just a paper sketch of roads with some 3 frame animations of cars moving, just to keep the most essential energy flow going.
I felt critical still, but next time I went shopping the following happened:
Random NPCs looked directly at me, nodded friendly and said "hello" as I passed them. I counted 6 in a row who did this. It kept happening as I went out into the parking lot.
These were not people I know, or people who had any reason to regognize me. Even as a local, people don't do this in town. I have nothing more to say about this personally after experiencing this. The NPCs are only there because I am, they have no other purpose.

They are on earth but they are beyond our time. It may sound conceptually strange but they are

even if they already exist with us here now. Earlier I didn't dare talking about their location because someone may try to sabotage things, but by now I've been given an OK to talk about it vaguely.
The new Eden is in the area of Siberia and Mongolia. The mainland close to Japan. They are in a protected "garden" where they will develop peacefully for some time. Then some of them will come out from there and take over the world. They will look kinda like us, but they will have new skills we cannot understand. They may be seen a supernormal, some may think they are angels. That is as much Yuuka will let me say.
