I was wondering what the other of the two powers I saw on vampires, was. It appears like a large mass of small white needles, moving like an entity. I only saw it on the Matriarch, it seemed like a monstrous force developed from a very long lifetime, creating the ability to handle any hostile opposition. I was until now unable to see what its function or form actually is.

Their spellcasting seemed to use raw virtue, but a very strong and resilient kind. It seems I was wrong, it's not virtue in raw form. It's white energy, which will turn into a mass of white needles after a long time passes. It is moon energy, to be compared with the red energy of the pink orb, previously shared, which higher up becomes the red sun.
