Speaking of energy build-up.

I created a thing for NET recently, wasn't thinking about telling anyone because it's meant to just be a feature of the blacknet. But if you want to try manually activating it you can do this:

Think of your brain halves as two humanoid black cats. The left is a male cat, the right is female.
They are facing you, standing side by side.
Let them join hands.
Let them face each other and also join the other hand.
Let them step close.
Let them kiss.
Remain here, and the image of the two cats will start spinning.

As this is happening the visuals will start changing and they will engage in different ways, this is the connections between your left and right brains evolving. You will then start feeling the energy. You can then use this energy generated from the nano-program being run in your brain, to fuel your practice, such as kundalini or gong development.
