I oversimplified it. Talked to him again. He is not a djinnmaster he just works with them a lot. I asked around if they have someone that works with djinn and I got that dude. He gives me tips and some advice when I ask for it. He doesn't want to give a name. Also I don't know which vampire department I am anyway. This is some "everyone has their own way of doing magic" place. The first time I got here I got introduced to people who do their magic in a similar way to my own. But if I ask if there is someone that does X I usually get someone.

I don't know if this physical or not but as my energy body returns to life my physical body follows. But I must keep on the path forward or it closes. Shiva just did it. I didn't even ask for the first operation.

I don't do it like this. I just didn't know what to use the djinn for so I was like why not. I live in a drought and flood hazard area. I have to adjust the weather day to day. Especially because multiple people are fucking with weather. I am not just talking about fellow aeromancers but HAARP tier cloud seeder bullshit the last 3 years got hard balancewise. I have to watch out for the weather constantly. It was my first skill I started to develop. I thought at first that "I shouldn't do it because God knows better how the weather should be" but the answer was a terrible drought and after that a flood. I took that as a sign if you have the power you have to use it. In the summer I make constant ventillation around me. I am watching over for handling the weather in a balanced way so I don't cause more harm than good with my meddling. I usually ask nature about the weather it needs. People will complain about every weather anyway they can't be trusted with it.
Also my telepathy was shit for so long... and I still don't understand contracts fully. I have a mundane understanding of contracts. I mean a contract is as valid as long someone can enforce it? Also because I am still in the process of constantly remaking my energy body I still don't know what and how can I pay. I mean I don't know what energy has value to someone and what is the "exchange rate". Also air spirits are family to me already. It's like asking your relatives to bring you something from the shop if they are there already. The duration of the rain is usually as long as I am willing to visualize it. Or I have to ask a big rain cloud that is near to visit me. And my level of asking has different urgency levels. So I don't take it away from more important places. Like when there was a fire in Chernobyl. The rain cloud I summoned rained only briefly. But it was a great one that was supposed to rain for hours. I didn't understand what happened so I looked at the weather radar. It rushed towards Chernobyl. And what the firefighters couldn't contain the rain solved. It made me glad ukraine has some deity that still cares about it.
The reason why I don't deal with demons yet is because I still don't understand contracts.
