It reminds me of Ore to Hero to Mahou Shoujo, except this time all of the guys are magical girls. (It's nice that TG'd magical girls has become an increasingly common/mainstream trope in the last few years.) Google the file name to find him on pixiv. For English speakers there's also a synopsis of chapter 1 here on endchan, although I don't know if there is enough time to make a real translation. Let's wait until the series has a few more chapters, so we can see if the series is actually good. I think that lately there has been enough TG (and so the limited number of translators) can be selective about what we spend time on, right?
