it's this nefarious LGA1700 mounting bracket from arctic

apparently they only started making it 2months ago, and the cooler is way older, so all the manuals and videos show something different - the older bracket has markings to show which way is up or down

this one fits (screws and all) whichever way it's flipped, "up" or "down", but one side has a slight bulge (uwu)

arctic's newest manual shows it but it's impossible tell which way the bulge is pointing in their diagrams
