This occurs as part of your backstory during "visions of an angelic messenger"

A dazzling star-filled sky is streaked by a falling star in the west. The scene materializes with a distant dark mountainside. There the screech of a dragon followed by a bright flash and a trail of smoke. Then a loud rumble of thunder is heard in the distance.

Another star rises from the mountain and travels quickly but gently toward you. There arrives a bright and beautiful angelic being standing before you, gazing off toward the rising smoke. In her arms is a young girl of light complexion, utterly broken but alive. Metal glints from the slashes in her skin and oozes out like quicksilver.

The following night you have an uneasy compulsion to gaze up to the heavens as if expecting something but you don't know what. After a short time, you have almost convinced yourself to abandon the notion and get some sleep but before you can there in the western starry sky is a falling star unlike any you've seen. It flashes bright as moonlight but then suddenly shifts course. a few seconds later the distant screech of a dragon is heard followed by a rumble like thunder. Far off on the eastern slope of the local mountains a small trail of smoke rises, just as the dream predicted.
