Not sure how much you keep up or how autistic you are about such issues, but their balancing seems to be retarded. Reminds me of when Overwatch was new. Blizzard could never seem to figure out what they wanted a character to do, and it was just a constant cycle of rebalancing things. I guess it's either rebalancing or power creepy though.
Uh...I don't actually remember since it's a been a few weeks since I played. I think I'm in the 30s.
