Oh oh oh, even the maps aren't "random" have you not noticed that? There's legit only about 25 different maps. The base geometry of each is fixed, and then each map rotates through some slight variance introduced by the type of planet you're on. Like if it's jungle, ice, firestorms, boreal, etc...
