Reading やがて君になる currently. The anime was quite good too, was a faithful adaptation. Tried reading the manga in japanese, but can only find new chapters in English sadly.

Other shows I would recommend: Candy Boy, Strawberry Panic, Sakura Trick and Sasameki Koto. Good show with a yuri couple is Kyoukaisenjou no Horizon.
