FACT: If you sleep like a baby, statistically speaking, you are more likely to be one.

Sure. It's a fairly common one though so I don't care. Sleep paralysis is the only disorder I have been getting but it rarely happens anymore, and even when it does I understand the drill. I just sleep it off and the wait time of the paralysis drastically shrinks. Last experience was probably a year ago. So far I've had lots of flying dreams. I've had to make funny and offensive gestures to fly though. It felt very real though, not like Lucid dreaming where you are aware of it.

Unless you're a baby with anxiety i.e. trust issues because of shitty parents. Also if you live like a hobbit then anxiety doesn't have to be a common occurrence in your later life.
Live the hobbit life. Hobbits with cheap cozy hobbit holes, Ak47s, and dinner parties. No money but sustainable with longterm planning. Just like the Vietcong. What a life.

I think I may have experienced sleep paralysis but after struggling in a panic for a few seconds I was able to finally move and wake myself up.

I also get exploding head syndrome. Usually it sounds similar to https://invidio.us/watch?v=rAFyGL_eUKg @0:23 but other times it sounds like a shrill female scream that seems to echo in my head even after I wake up.
Anyway please share your sleep disorder stories.
