I've stumbled upon a vendor on empire selling invite codes for coindirex at 200$. The site appears to have vendors selling dirty bitcoins at 75% or lower. Is buying, mixing and reselling these bitcoins a viable strategy?

How risky would that be?
Do you think it's a scam?

if you need to pay 200$ upfront to get there then it's 100% scam

if it wasn't scam, sellers of dirty coins would allow you to buy small amount first to gain trust and feedback
