Right, you cannot achieve 100% privacy, unless you had some kind of privacy minded parents or aren't on government records. What i'm asking for is resources or advice, on how i can achieve the most privacy & anonymity possible.

You should also include hardware section, as ME/PSP can be harmful to anonymity/security. And secure messaging (OMEMO/Matrix).

safe? maybe, depending what you mean by safe, but definitely not anonymous, as lynx and links will have different fingerprint than Tor Browser

disabling cookies and referer will give you very rare fingerprint. you should use what Tor Browser does

without modifying source code? not possible
with modifications, yes, but only Safest mode (without javascript). and even then, CIA could use some CSS shit to see the difference. you could insert Tor Browser CSS engine into your browser, but what is the point of using your browser then, when you are almost using Tor Browser?

*Maybe* it's not necessary to copy entire CSS engine just few features, but you would need to test it to be sure
