It does not matter. It will die in the Senate, so all it will do is make it known in history that he was impeached by the Democrats. They've been wanting to do this since he was elected, so big whoop.

It will make it more likely he is re-elected.
Impeachment != removed from office, the Senate would have to totally back stab him (the Senate is majority Republican), which is incredibly unlikely.
I bet the Republicans even take back the House in 2020 at this rate.
What will happen is it will be a vote on partisan shitshow lines, and he will be acquitted by the senate, just like Bill Clinton, except reverse the parties.
