Sorry boys, I won't be playing until TF3 with its proportional woman and minority representation. Alyx paved the way for greatness. It's too bad soldier won't be a thick brown girl though, since OW already has one. It'll probably be the engineer.

No Heavy update because of Alyx. We need to hang on until release.
I'm kinda sad that I got into the game too late, now with all the memes and changes I missed out on, I feel like a boomer.
It had great original concepts. Very fun teamwork mechanics. It got too greedy and died.

Not him but I think matchmaking was the final nail in the coffin. They tried to revitalize the game by pandering to new crows in the hopes they'd jump ship from Overwatch, but instead they ended up killing any sense of community the game had. They pushed a half baked competitive mode and didn't even fix basic issues for months.

Matchmaking is such cancer, i can never play any of the alternative gamemodes because it is simply easier to queue for 2fort than it is for mannpower, passtime, and any misc gamemodes that they brought back right before MYM.
combine that with the dwindling player base, and the only thing i ever play on the tf2 client are community servers
(and we all know how much AIDS those servers are).
