Basically WI, /remember and context are competing for space in AI's memory so the less WI entries and the more concise they are the better. Similarly don't go over 600 characters in /remember and only use it for general description of the CURRENT situation (atmosphere, location, characters, characters' intentions, your hopes as to the scene's destination).
WI is sufficiently described in the txt (keep it simple and precise - constants about the characters/locations)
Commands are... just try them out, my list is richer than the one at the OP of /aidg/ because I've been collecting other commands from the threads and the pastebin hasn't been updated in a while.
