I have been using EndChan since about 2019.
The site has been around much longer than that. It seems to be comprised of people trying to distance themselves from 4chan, and 8chan.

There aren't too many people that actively use the site. Those that do mostly keep to themselves.
You may get spam posts, or the occasional advertiser spam for illegal content (cp/drugs/counterfeit money), but it hasn't been as frequent lately.

Sorry I can't help you in Chinese, I'm glad you know English, it seems.
Although, I do know another poster that knows a tiny bit of Mandarin.
