These e-girls often jump the gun and just think "oh this has to happen now", because they lack any kind of even remotely concrete vision about their own future, for one reason or another.
The ones that make it out of this shithole, are the ones that are able to come up with a long-lasting motivation and plan. It might sound like boomer advice, but feasible goals make your life happier.

No, that will never work out.
They need to figure that stuff out before they have a partner. They need to find a job for themselves (or get autismbux) and start therapy, trying to, as you said, get a healthy routine going on.
Otherwise they'd just end up dependent on some random dude. The chance of that just magically working out for everybody involved is way too low.
