In reality, any person with any actual mental capacity will try to convey their point as simply as possible, and make it as easy to understand as possible.

You are looking at a facade. She isn't supportive, she's just participating in the hivemind. She only says "nice" things because that's what she's "supposed" to say. And actual GOOD friend would decentivize their friends from shitty behavior.
