And I'm saying that red flags are obvious, and the would-be victims should detect them and leave immediately at the first sign of them.
But that assumes the victim is innocent in this. I'll go even farther and state that most of these victims are actively attracted to the abuse, and the only problem is that the abuse eventually reaches a breaking point.
Give me one good reason why people don't leave abusive relationships at the first sign of abuse.
