Why is it impossible for you to believe she simply didn’t want to have sex with him? Not because of omg2pure4u, not because of any anxiety, not even because of detecting his con. She very easily could’ve just not wanted to have sex with him. Considering he tried so hard to court her and she was resistant to it but has dated other men, I think the most likely scenario is she just wasn’t attracted to him or at least didn’t see him as someone she wanted to be with.
