Ciara was both borderline and an opioid addict. And believe me, they will not admit it but they feel immense relief that she's gone. They don't have to worry about her, and she isnt' lying to them, scamming them, stealing from them, etc.

It's unclear how "normal" Ciara could get, if she were to get free of opioid addiction, but she was definitely into living a crooked life. Unclear how much was BPD and how much was opioids.

Just imagine Ciara doing nothing but bring her family misery from age 14 to 20. Nothing but misery and pain and suffering.
