The best advice I can give to anyone at the current point in time is to become accustomed to AI. 10 years from now not being familiar with AI will be the equivalent of someone in the year 2000s not knowing how to use a computer. AI is going to be the new primary layer which humans interact with, above the operating system and above the hardware. It will remove a lot of jobs, primarily the ones dealing with operating system level interaction such as software engineers and digital artists. There will however be a lot of new jobs created, primarily at the AI layer. AI will have the same productivity boost as the computer and operating system had. This is the continuation of the industrial revolution. At the manufacturing level we should also expect to begin seeing the use of robotics and in warfare Drones will become central.
