No she just looks like that, this picture is from Christmas and her face and thighs are both very chubby looking and she's gained weight since then. She has some big calves and feet, very manly jaw too. Ugly tiny squinty eyes when not angle/filter abusing as well. She's like an obese brown rat in human form.
