Do you think the WHO deliberately seeks to incentivize outbreaks and pandemics? Considering the SPLC was funding White Supremacists.. It seems reasonable to think that any organization that seeks to solve a problem, might have the incentive to create said problem. Sort of like how those Asylum NGOs keep looking for boat people to import to justify their existence. Might have to look into all the problem-solving organizations, including the UN, they're doing some weird shit.
