yeah that's a real pattern, especially amongst the pretty privileged who give off the quiet, innocent, cute kind of vibe. they become very used to the princess treatment and learn early how to exploit it. it's almost as if two selves exist in the same body, the surface level performance which is essentially a survival mechanism they developed, and then the actual personality which could have vastly different temperament and morals. Their lives become an endless cycle of drama because the true self eventually bleeds through and their attempts to manage the two disparate indentities fails.
