That is not how it works in the Eu it is pretty much paid for by the government. The difference in schooling between upper and middle class is irrelevant. That does not mean she was not well off. Again everything is basically free. She got the best health care in the world for free as well. She had norhing to worey about financially for sure besides paying for her drug habit.
