I'm saying on kay's private server, which at most had only snoo and sico in it aside from her (and therefore wasn't what I would call a "cosplayer server"), and which she left in august, on that server, rando was largely absent starting around may of last year. He went from being active in chat and vc every day to sending a message once or twice a month.
