It's kinda weird that nations agree to human rights but don't follow them.
Like "not in want or need" should be unconditional, but not all who agreed to this have systems in place to give it. I think just Norway.

What makes Norway different to anywhere else? Taxes aren't the money for it. We tax for the taxed land. Goofy thing to agree to but just have in few nations. Ought there be no favoritism?

Even the idea of [we were here first] is favoritism.
