Alright it probably is her account if your claims about it are true, and even if you didn't save proof I don't think you're lying or anything. I still don't get why she would make another account, with a known username and pfp and friends connected to her and leave it public if she was trying to be more private. It doesn't make any sense but I believe she could do it.
