i know for sure that if you change your url it is impossible to be tracked down. i use steam a lot (and i have stalked people on it before) and the profiles i have bookmarked sometimes disappears. sometimes i manage to track them down (via steam groups) and i realize that their url has been changed. so it is 100% that she changed her url to something else or another unlikely but plausible scenario being that she deleted the account (it is unlikely because why would you go so far to delete your alt account?)
