If she was really trying to turn a new leaf and leave all the fucked up shit behind and play the good mom bullshit, she should have pulled the plug. Deleting every social media she has, try to remove as much as possible about her retarded younger days, and basically try to isolate herself from the internet until she is fixed for good. Her still leaving her accounts/profiles and internet activity visible, having her accounts tied to her past up and running is not a good sign. People on the internet are posting her daughter and talking about your current whatabouts. This is not exactly a good idea of turning a new leaf now is it?
