Foreign workers should just have a higher tax put on them, considering the significantly higher pay in the West compared to whatever shithole they crawled out of. Also removes the competitive incentive so businesses no longer feel pressured to have foreign workers to outcompete. Same logic as tariffs on cheap imports. They should just simply be used to fill in any skills gaps rather than as mass low-skilled labor force.
