I believe in the future certain non-White countries might seek to expand their White population to expand their economy and ties with the First World. Perhaps the next Cold War will be divided between the first worldists and the third worldists. China recently made a push to get 100,000 American students (presumably White ones) while aligning against Iran. I think China will play both sides for its best interests.
