The proper diagnosis is BPD, and the overlap of all the Cluster B is a god-like narcissism. You could meet up with Ciara and you could just chill and hang out with her. She could be like that with friends and family. however, she'd lie and screw her family over as well. Families of girls with BPD often develop PTSD because it's such a nightmare.

The family are clearly remembering the good times with Ciara, not the psycho diabolical demon she became.
