marky went at ken bc she is paranoid + catty and thought ken was trying to steal her russian 4chan mod bf andre, on top of the general envy she felt for kennedi.
later marky and her /mu/tranny bf katelynn aka Shed Guy kept going after kennedi bc of previous bad blood and the tranny hating her over some /mu/fag drama. probably having to do with her friend sara/applecat accusing katelynn of being a pedro groomer. the leaked messages were kennedi and katelynns friend richter discussing marky and katelynns fucked up relationship and the shed incident in which marky cheated on andre with this katelynn /mu/tranny. same guy that knocked marky up more recently.
Marky continued anonymously talking shit about kennedi long after all this ended. she had convinced gullible kennedi they were friends and it was all a misunderstanding caused by the evil MAN, but here and elsewhere she still showed her pure hatred and jealousy of sweet ken.
