Notice how the author hastily added those two last strawman points at the end. He just wanted to make a pic mocking incels' looks, but he must've realized that those are all genetic factors out of their control, and that it furthers the incels' point that they're unfairly disadvantaged
So, the author came up with a strawman rationalization, so that now, in NPCs' minds, it's acceptable to attack someone for their looks, because they're the "bad guys".
In reality, women are more likely to be harmed by men they date, ie men THEY picked. A loud aggressive chad at a party is far more dangerous than some goofy ass nerds, but as usual, society pins the blame on the social outcasts.
