Unlike the other anons, I think that Marky can possibly have a decent or successful relationship, but she needs a partner that is almost perfect, as in they have to have the patience of a saint, the maturity of a world leader, always set and communicate clear boundaries, essentially be a psychologist, be an extraordinarily giving partner.
To be honest though, even assuming such a person exists, I don't think they would waste their time on a girl like Marky.
