unfortunately this is true. it doesn't matter how smart or patient someone is. bpds split on people due to their own internal fuckery. if she has a bad day or some little thing annoys her and she splits on you nothing you say will matter. I said it before...If you haven't dealt with a bpd or npd it is hard to understand that they are insane people who cannot be reasoned with. They might as well have split personalities because when they split on you/the mask falls off for the final time the person you knew is essentially dead and nothing before that point matters. They just erase it all and start the process again with another person and another identity molded to fit the new target.
