Different anon here. You make many good points, but keep in mind that Ken enjoys pretending she's in control and not affected by things. She has always ignored orbiting, even when it was at its most extreme. The few exceptions I can think of are when a few fellas got out of hand a few years ago, and that's when she first deleted insta and stopped posting on tumblr.

Keep in mind that the two times she has been confirmed to come out of the woodworks herself to post was actually to defend her friends. This very likely means that she isn't the one lurking to look out for all of this stuff, and it's definitely her friends lurking and then freaking out to her about it.
