Yeah, they cropped it like that when they first posted it to make it look like it was a photo taken specifically of her, but she still should have had the sense to realize it was just something they found her in the background of online and that no one would have actually gone to her work to take pictures of her. Basically the same thing happened with the anime convention video a few years ago.

Instead she actually thought she was being "stalked".
